Backed by established neuroscience studies, this virtual programme is intended to help individuals and working professionals develop personal agility and resilience to learn, unlearn, and relearn by incorporating scientific understanding of the human brain to achieve effective behavioural change.

We partner with Growth Mindset Institute (GMI) who collaborates directly with Professor Carol Dweck on research, design and development of mindset workshops and behaviour change programmes that are proven to cultivate a genuine growth mindset in people. Our assessments and materials are developed in collaboration and partnership with Stanford and Indiana Universities.
